Terms of service

By using Cogito you agree to use the API and platform in compliance with the underlying model licenses (Llama 3 Community, Apache 2.0, Qwen, DeepSeek, Mistral) and applicable law. You may not use the API to generate content that violates the law, infringes on the rights of others, or attempts to compromise the security or availability of the service.

We provide the service on an as-is basis during the MVP period. Production SLAs apply only on paid plans, with terms set out in your subscription agreement. Enterprise customers negotiate dedicated SLAs in their contract.

Open-source model licenses pass through to you. Your use of an open-weight model on Cogito is subject to that model's license. We surface license per-model on /models.
